Abstract

Field Work Practice for Organizational Development (PKL-PP) is a program designed to provide students with practical experience in implementing the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) directly within the community. This program was conducted at PRA Pucang Sawit and TK ABA Pucang Sawit Surakarta using a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain information regarding the implementation and outcomes of the activities. During the program, students participated in various activities, including assisting children in learning reading and arithmetic, conducting educational games, facilitating creative learning activities, organizing healthy exercise sessions, and participating in community competitions. The results showed that the program received positive responses from both students and community members. Learning activities helped improve students' activeness and interest in learning, while community-based activities strengthened social relationships and togetherness among residents. In addition, the PKL-PP program provided valuable experiences for university students in developing teaching, communication, teamwork, and social interaction skills. Therefore, PKL-PP serves as a form of AIK values implementation that generates positive impacts for both students and the community.
